Everyone has heard these six words, but in conversations with customers and stakeholders the understanding differs, and everyone leaves the meeting with a slightly different picture of what was just agreed. This deck separates the layers: capability comes from tools, consistency comes from skills, and reliability comes almost entirely from the harness.
Five of the six turn out to be files and plumbing, and the code on the cards is real rather than pseudocode: a ClinVar lookup that runs, the same function published over MCP with one decorator, a SKILL.md and a CLAUDE.md. The genomics case is the example, not the subject, so no genomics background is needed to follow it.
